Each and every week, I, “Goblin Cleaver” Henchman 21 and “Foe Hammer” Empress Eve read a lot of comics. Seriously you guys, a lot of comics. Maybe too many comics. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of April 9, 2014. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. What’s this? Batman books leading the list two weeks in a row? I know, I’m as surprised as you are, but when you’re hot you’re hot and Batman is freaking hot right now. Fortunately, there are enough books out there for you to check out if you don’t like the Caped Crusader, because life isn’t just about reading Batman comics. So, in addition to Batman, we’ve got a couple of new Marvel series, because it’s Wednesday and of course Marvel has a new series or three coming out today. We’ve also got a new series from BOOM! that should appeal to fans looking for something a little different. So, get some books, enjoy the warm weather, and feel the love of the week’s GoD List!

Each and every week, I, “The First Avenger” Henchman 21 and “Sentinel of Liberty” Empress Eve read a lot of comics. Seriously you guys, a lot of comics. Maybe too many comics. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of April 2, 2014. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. For me, it’s not the best week of comics ever, as it seems like there are not a ton of books I’m excited about coming out. On the other hand, I can look at this as a chance to try some new titles that I might not usually check out. This is also a week to celebrate one writer’s accomplishment for staying on the same series for a really long time. So, don’t worry, it’s April 2nd and I am not making any jokes today, because I never joke about The GoD List!
