Ash didn’t get to spend much time back at S-Mart before the deadites returned and pulled him once again back to 1300s, where they have been growing in power since he left. Lead by the Wiseman, who read from the Book of the Dead and had his soul consumed, the deadites have plans to conquer the entire land. Now reunited with his medieval love, Sheila, as well as his boomstick and chainsaw, Ash is getting back into the swing of things and learning just what has happened since he left the land. Sheila and Ash, along with a company of men who worship the strange one, must retrieve the Book of the Dead if they are to stop this evil, but no sooner do they begin their journey then they come across a familiar face – Henry the Red! If you are saddened and confused about the consistent back and forth rumors that a second Army of Darkness movie will or won’t be made, than this ongoing series is just the cure for your woes. Picking up right where the theatrical cut of the movie ended, Ash and the Army of Darkness continues the tale of Ash and endless fight against the deadites.

The age of video rental stores, save the best and strongest holdouts, is quickly coming to an end. However, a small slice of those memories of browsing titles and the immediate gratification that comes with renting can still be had via the continuous rise of the Redbox rental kiosk. | ‘The Walking Dead’ Spin-Off Series Update; New Parody Film Underway
The Walking Dead television series is currently ramping up to return to AMC on February 9th to finish out the back half of Season 4, and with it fans are clamoring to find out what happens next. While we wait for the mid-season premiere, two news items have arose that which should provide for plenty of conversations. First up, there are new updates coming out on where The Walking Dead spin-off series, which was first announced back in September, currently sits in terms of product. Second, a Walking Dead parody movie is about to start filming.

If you don’t fight or if you lose the match, you die and one of your family members will be killed as well. Win the match, and they live to see another day. | Gremlins Return In New Snickers Commercial (Video)
The pint-sized terrors of 1984’s Gremlins may have made their last big-screen appearance back in 1990 in Gremlins 2: The New Batch, but thanks to candy bar Snickers’ ongoing commercial campaign where celebrities portray hungry personalities, the diminutive delinquents (well, one of them anyway) are back! In a commercial recently broadcast in the United Kingdom and France, a Mohawk-inspired Gremlin laughs maniacally and tears apart a pillow as two hapless sods try to bring a fridge into an apartment. Only a Snickers bar, which is apt given Gremlins’ predilection towards candy, will satisfy. You can watch the commercial below.
