Trailer reactions are much a part of social media as some become a viral sensation in an instant. Same goes for mashups videos. But when it comes to two superhero powerhouses like DC and Marvel, you can be sure that they will be keeping each other on their toes for the foreseeable future. That’s where the latest trailer reaction mashup comes in. In it, we see how the Marvel’s Avengers would react after they’ve just watched the new Justice League trailer, which isn’t half bad. | Video: See Some Of The Hidden Secrets Of ‘The Last Of Us’
YouTube user Shesez is back with another installment of Boundary Break, a series which detaches the camera from where it’s mean to be in video games and goes off exploring the areas you’re not supposed to see, revealing some fun hidden secrets. You can find the video they did on BioShock right here if you missed it. For this video the game being explored is Naughty Dog’s instant classic, The Last of Us. The video offers fans a peek at what’s beyond the menu window, what’s going on around town during that intense prologue sequence, and yes, a closer look at the giraffes among other things. | A Look At The Incredible Practical Effects Of The ‘Ghost In The Shell’ Movie (Video) |

A live-action movie adaptation of Ghost in the Shell is on the way, as you may have heard, and excitement levels vary from person to person after the controversial casting of Scarlett Johansson in the lead role. But anyone who’s a fan of movies—no matter what their thoughts on this movie happen to be—appreciates the use of practical effects, and Ghost in the Shell has some incredible ones. Mythbusters star Adam Savage and his Tested YouTube channel paid a visit to the special effects masters over at Weta Workshop recently, where he was shown some of the work they created for Ghost in the Shell. More specifically, the robot geisha. A great deal of work went into creating them, and there’s a phenomenal amount of detail to appreciate. This video alone doubles my interest in the movie simply knowing they went this route over digital effects when possible. You can see what Weta built in the video below.
