The t-shirt, which pits Captain America (The Avengers) against Star-Lord (Guardians Of The Galaxy was inspired by TwitterBowl, the Super Bowl wager that began on Twitter earlier this month between two Marvel superhero actors — Boston, MA, native and New England Patriots fan Chris Evans aka Captain America, and Lake Stevens, WA, resident and Seattle Seahawks fan Chris Pratt aka Star-Lord. But what started out as a rivalry quickly turned into a wager for charity: If the Patriots win, Pratt as Star-Lord will visit Christopher’s Haven in Boston, MA; if the Seahawks win, Evans as Captain America will visit Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, WA.
