Dark Horse Comics has released a 7-page preview of Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Season 10 #1, which begins a new comic book season for the publisher’s continuation of the popular television series. Season 10, which is executive-produced by Buffy creator Joss Whedon, will be written by Christos Gage with art by Rebekah Isaacs and colors by Dan Jackson. Steve Morris provided the cover for issue #1, with Isaacs doing the alt cover.

Here below you can check out the 7-page preview and official solicitation for the 32-page full-color issue, which is currently available for pre-order, with a release date of March 19, 2014.

The $11 t-shirt deal of the day over at TeeFury today is a Buffy The Vampire Slayer-inspired mash-up with Nosferatu called “The Nosferatu Slayer” by Six Eyed Monster.

The sale began at Teefury today, Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at midnight EST, and will continue for 24 hours from then, and once it’s over, it will not be sold on the site for $11 anymore, though it will continue into the next day for $14 (look for the After Hours bar at the top).

Sometimes we hate bad guys. The combination of excellent writing, directing, and acting for a villain can get us lost in the story and in our distaste for the character. I have a huge amount of respect for actors and television shows that can pull this off; however, there is another type of antagonist that I think we can all appreciate just as much, if not more.
