| This Radio Shack Super Bowl Ad Spot Is Filled With 1980s Icons (Video)As usual with Super Bowl commercials, the ones that have aired during this year’s Big Game have not disappointed, but a standout for sure has to be the Radio Shack one, in which almost every single icon from the 1980s is represented in a quick montage after a Radio Shack store receives a phone call from, as the clerk, puts it, “The 1980s, who said they wanted their store back.” We won’t spoil the fun of what memorable visuals and icons are in the commercial, but pay close attention, some of them jump out at you and some you have to kind of squint to see them! Check out the commercial here below. (Updated to include also the extended version.)

Wrath of the Titans
Directed by Jonathan Liebesman
Starring Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Rosamund Pike, Edgar Ramirez, Danny Huston, John Bell
Release Date: March 30, 2012 The anything but miraculous dexterity of director Jonathan Liebesman is once again extravagantly displayed to audiences undeserving of such a treat. We are once again pummeled by his explicitly maddening style of direction that is beyond intolerable and which has no sense of coherency. His Battle Los Angeles (one of the worst films of last year) is an absolute frenzy of wrath and an obnoxiously chaotic mess of a movie. Wrath of the Titans, his newest example of immeasurably poor filmmaking, is assembled in an all too similar way, frequently engaging audiences in unbridled foolishness on its way to engrossing an enormous income at the expense of its audiences.

But how does Wrath of the Titans (with new director Jonathan Liebesman) look? Could it be one of the rare cases where a sequel does better things than its predecessor? Click on over to the other side now to check out the trailer and share your thoughts below!

Never let it be said that studios will let cash cows die.
