This hits album contains 17 great tunes from the classic rock band’s extensive back catalog. Marc Martel

A new massively popular viral video is making the rounds, showing someone singing the hit Queen song “Somebody To Love,” and sounding very, VERY much like the late, great Freddie Mercury while doing so.

As it turns out, the man singing the song is Marc Martel, vocalist for the Canadian Christian rock band, Downhere. Fans of the band will surely already be aware of this uncanny resemblance””the band has been around for a decade already””but for the rest of us, you simply have to hear it to believe just how incredible the man’s voice is.

There’s never going to be another Freddie Mercury, of course, but just the fact that there’s someone out there who sounds this close is astounding. Continue on below now to check out the video, as well as a bonus video of Martel throwing down a little “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
