| ‘Breaking Bad’: Walter White’s ‘The One Who Knocks’ As Written By Famous Authors
One of the most memorable “speeches” that’s come out of AMC’s Breaking Bad is the one Walter White (Bryan Cranston) gives about being “The One Who Knocks.” Now, McSweeney’s has posted what Walt’s speech would have been if it had been written by famous authors like Edgar Allan Poe, George R.R. Martin, J.K. Rowling, Dr. Seuss, and more. | Watch Now: Short ‘Game Of Thrones’ Fan Film ‘A Tale Of Benjen Stark’
We haven’t seen or heard from Benjen Stark, a ranger of the Night’s Watch, brother to Eddard Stark, and uncle to the Stark children, since early on in season one of HBO’s Game of Thrones before he disappeared. Perhaps more of his story has been told on the pages of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” book series, but for we fans of the show, he remains a mystery. One fan of the story decided to take things into their own hands and make a fan film dedicated to Benjen, which is titled A Tale of Benjen Stark. The seven-minute short sees Benjen finding the gruesome remains of a wildling camp similar to the one seen in the opening minutes of the show’s pilot episode, only with two survivors hiding nearby. You can watch the short Game of Thrones fan film below.

The map, titled The United States Of Westeros, obviously shows our neighbors to the North, Canada (you wouldn’t believe how people playing Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? don’t know this), with its vast areas of frozen wasteland, as the area Beyond The Wall, while Washington, D.C. retains its status as the Capitol and political stronghold as Kings Landing. Apparently, I would live in Casterly Rock, the financial center, and Chicago becomes Harrenhal, a place where no one is able to rule for too long.
