| All 8 ‘Harry Potter’ Movies Returning To Theaters Ahead Of ‘Fantastic Beasts’
If you missed out on seeing one or more of the Harry Potter movies in theaters, all eight movies are being re-released soon. It’s been announced that the movies will be returning to IMAX theaters starting just over a week from now, with tickets available for both single and multiple shows if you want to make a day of it. The promotion is to help gets fans even more excited than they already are for the release of the spinoff prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them just over a month from now. | ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them’ Featurette Introduces Us To Newt
The world of Harry Potter continues to expand in more ways than one. There is the musical, which follows after the events of The Deathly Hallows, and then there’s the upcoming film, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The prequel will take fans back ’70s prior to the events of Harry Potter, where a young magizoologist named Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) ventures across the ocean to America for an important meeting with an official at the Magical Congress of the United States of America. But when creatures escape from the magical briefcase, it is up to Newt and a No-Maj (America’s version of a muggle) to capture them before things turn catastrophic. Now Warner Bros. has released a new featurette that helps familiarize ourselves with our protagonist. Check it out below.

A teaser trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them debut during tonight’s MTV Movie Awards 2016, and Warner Bros. has now released it online. Watch the teaser trailer here below. The film is part of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter universe and takes place 70 years before the events of the original series. The movie stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, a magizoologist — which is someone who studies and catalogs the various magical creatures of the wizarding world — on a trip to New York. With him is a magical suitcase, which you’ll get a glimpse of in this new trailer.

| ‘Harry Potter’ Author J.K. Rowling’s “History Of Magic In North America” Trailer and Part 1
The next movie in the Harry Potter cinematic universe, the start of a new prequel trilogy titled Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, is set 70 years before the events of the Harry Potter stories and in America. That movie doesn’t arrive until later this year in November, so to help pass the time a new series of short stories from Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling titled “History of Magic in North America” has been announced. A trailer and the first of these stories was released today, and basically the stories will act a quick history lesson on the some of the witchcraft and wizardry found over the years here in North America while also adding some layers to the universe as a whole.
