The Gold Box spotlight deal of the day over at Amazon today is Deadwood: The Complete Series DVD and Blu-ray box sets each for 59% off.

Disney has released three new images from Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the upcoming fourth installment in the mega-successful film franchise.

Check out the new images here below, which feature Johnny Depp returning as Captain Jack Sparrow, along with Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa. Also, this time around, there’s some new people on board: Penelope Cruz as Angelica, a woman from Sparrow’s past, and Ian McShane as her father, the feared Blackbeard.

A slew of new images have been released by Disney for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the continuance of their multi-billion dollar juggernaut franchise.

The images show off what looks like a Pirates of the Caribbean movie, as you might expect them to. You’ll see some Johnny Depp as his now iconic character, Captain Jack Sparrow, as well as peeks at Penelope Cruz as lady of Sparrow’s past, Angelica, and her father, the feared Blackbeard (Ian McShane).

The movie is directed by Rob Marshall (Chicago, Memoirs of a Geisha), and is set for release on May 20, 2011.

Earlier today, mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer shared an early gift on Twitter: a new teaser poster for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

The movie, which is the fourth in the juggernaut Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, is set for release on May 20, 2011. It reunites Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) and Captain Hector Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) as they attempt to find the fabled Fountain of Youth that was teased at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.

They’ll be joined by newcomer Penelope Cruz, who plays a woman from Sparrow’s past who might just be trying to use him to get to the Fountain. Eventually she forces him onto the Queen Anne’s Revenge, a ship Captained by the infamous Blackbeard (Ian McShane), putting Sparrow yet again into a tricky and dangerous situation.

A new trailer and poster for Case 39 have been released online by Paramount Vantage. It stars Renée Zellweger (Cold Mountain), Ian McShane (Deadwood), Bradley Cooper (The Hangover), Jodelle Ferland (Silent Hill), and Callum Keith Rennie (Battlestar Galactica).

The movie tells the story of a seasoned social services worker who meets a 10-year-old girl with incredibly cruel parents looking after her. When they try to hurt their daughter, the social worker takes her in and tries to find her a foster family, but they soon discover that something evil comes with the young girl and grave danger is lurking.
