From wooing Don Draper to a romance that is, well, a bit more supernatural.

THR is reporting that Mad Men star and Don Draper’s mistress, Abigail Spencer has joined the cast of the upcoming film, In Your Eyes.

Co-written and produced by Joss Whedon under his Bellwether Pictures banner, the film will be helmed by Ball Don’t Lie director Brin Hill, and will follow the story of “two people who are preternaturally or supernaturally connected, despite being polar opposites.”

Apparently Joss Whedon is the hardest working man in showbiz.

With both The Avengers and his newly announced Much Ado About Nothing set to hit theaters sometime next year, Whedon’s micro-studio Bellwether Pictures has found a director for his new script, In Your Eyes.

The film will be helmed by Brin Hill, and will follow “two seemingly polar opposites who are deeply connected in ways neither could have ever imagined.” Not much more is known about the project, but it does appear as though Whedon is set to take the film world by storm in 2012.
