‘Bond 25’ Rumors Suggest ‘Captain Marvel’s Lashana Lynch Could Take Over 007 Codename

Despite the set disasters and injuries, James Bond 25 is still in production for an April 2020 release. Though we still know very little about the film itself, it has recently been revealed that Christoph Waltz would return to reprise his character, Blofield. While that would be a cause for excitement for some, the character was introduced (or re-introduced) in one of the weakest installments of the entire franchise. But there is another rumor going around that suggests that the 007 codename could be passed on to someone else. According to this rumor, James Bond (Daniel Craig) will no longer hold on to that famous number and it will be passed on to none other than Captain Marvel co-star Lashana Lynch. More on the report here below.

Danny Boyle Is Out As Director Of ‘Bond 25’

Bond 25 is without a director. Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, the producers who have been overseeing the James Bond franchise since the ’90s, and star Daniel Craig have announced that Danny Boyle will no longer be directing the next film in the series.
According to them, they split over “creative differences.” A term that is often thrown out there whenever something like this happens. In any case, the lack of any sort of development for the film was very telling. Now Wilson and Broccoli will have to start over and look at replacements if they want to get production started soon. And please don’t suggest Christopher Nolan. But more on that a little later. Check out the full story below.
