| Gamescom 2018: ‘Just Cause 4’ Tornado Gameplay Video
The thing that stood out most in the E3 2018 trailer for Just Cause 4, was of course the reveal that the game would have a tornado in it. For Gamescom 2018, a new gameplay video has been released. | E3 2018: Announcement Trailer For ‘Just Cause 4’
It feels like Just Cause 3 just came out, to me anyway, but it’s already been out for almost three years now. Plenty of time for developer Avalanche Studios to get to work on the next installment of the action-adventure series. And work they have, as it was confirmed at E3 2018 that Just Cause 4 is on the way. The game was confirmed with an announcement trailer. And I could spend time going into details on the game, but the truth is, it has freakin’ tornadoes in it and that’s all you really need to know. If you do want more info on the game you can find that below, along with the announcement trailer.

| Pre-Order ‘Just Cause 3,’ Compete To Win Your Own Island |
|
Pre-order bonuses for video games are met with a lot of backlash, and rightfully so. Withholding content from people who pay for a game unless they committed their money to it before it’s released and before knowing if the game is any good or even works is just one of the many current trends doing damage to games as we know them. Often the pre-order bonus is a non-essential in-game item or items, but sometimes it’s a significant thing such as the Behemoth monster in Evolve, which would cost you $15 as DLC unless you pre-ordered despite already shelling out $60 for a multiplayer-only game. One of the reasons I and many others sadly had to pass on the game. Just Cause 3, the insane looking open-world sandbox game with a focus on destruction and mayhem, is also offering a pre-order bonus. But this is a pre-order bonus done right. If you secure a copy of the Day One Edition of the game, you’ll be able to compete to win your very own island. Yes, a real island. More information below, as well as a video.

| E3 2015: Behold The Madness That Is ‘Just Cause 3’ |
|
The Just Cause games are all about giving players a big and beautiful open world map to explore and enjoy…and absolutely annihilate if they so choose. They’re basically the ultimate games for fans of crazy over-the-top action movies. Just Cause 2 was so big and so open to letting players do pretty much whatever they wanted to—both inside the game world and with the actual game itself through modding—that a bunch of people are still playing it to this very day five years after it was released. So when it came to making Just Cause 3, which was officially announced back in November of 2014, you knew developer Avalanche Studios was going to go so much bigger. The game was at E3 2015, where a new gameplay trailer was shared along with a lengthy gameplay demo. The videos showcase the huge open world the game is set in, the various vehicles and toys you have to play with, and the symphony of destruction you can compose with them. It’s enough to make Michael Bay weep with joy. And Michael Bay does NOT weep. At best, he maybe just grunts a little. You can watch the gameplay trailer and demo below.
