The first teaser trailer has been released for Found Footage 3D, which is produced by Kim Henkel, co-writer and producer of the 1974 horror classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

The movie aims to offer a unique spin on the tired found footage sub-genre (tired for some, anyway—I’m always down for a found footage flick), just as movies like Scream and Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (which also uses a documentary-style similar to found footage) did for the slasher sub-genre.
