
After the end of LOST, which still has many of us in a deep depression, it was joked that stars Michael Emerson (Benjamin Linus) and Terry O’Quinn (John Locke) should get a show together. That joke was a little more than a joke, and it was recently revealed that producer J.J. Abrams was revving up to pitch a brand new show featuring Emerson and O’Quinn to networks.
Apparently the pitch was well-received, with news now that NBC has won a bidding war — which did include Lost network ABC coming close — landing them the series. Not many details have been revealed about the show, which is currently being called Odd Jobs, but it is said to feature the two actors as former special ops agents. Maybe something along the lines of the movie Red, with retired agents still doing jobs on the side?
