Last week on Arrow, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) really came through for Rene (Rick Gonzalez), by arranging a visit with his daughter, and inspiring him to fight for her. Alena (Kacey Rohl) told Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) that A.R.G.U.S. is holding their leader, Cayden James, without due process. He invented a biomarker tracker that they could use to get Chase (Josh Segarra), but wanted Felicity’s help at breaking him out. This put Felicity at odds with the team, and Diggle (David Ramsey) at odds with Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson). Felicity was successful and she tracked Chase to their bunker. Cue explosion.

Last time on Arrow, because of the psychological and physical torture Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) subjected him to, Oliver (Stephen Amell) decided to disband the team, and also officially ended things with Susan (Carly Pope). He called in the Bratva to handle Chase, who ran around taunting him. The team was aghast and fought the Bratva because the deal let them take medicine. Oliver came to his senses, but Anatoly (David Nykl) declared war. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and the Helix outed Chase, who killed his protective guard and escaped with a smile.

Last week on Arrow, Oliver (Stephen Amell) was brutally tortured both physically and psychologically at the hand of Adrian Chase aka Prometheus (Josh Segarra). Chase was and is clearly insane, but he was able to break Oliver in ways that the other villains have not. He made Oliver admit that he enjoyed killing. That admission made Oliver put the blame of everything on himself (more than he usually does), and he returned to the lair to tell them it’s over. He quit.

Two weeks ago on Arrow, the jig was up as Prometheus leaked to the SCPD that the Green Arrow killed Officer Malone.
