Artist Beth Robinson creates one-of-a-kind handmade dolls of a most peculiar nature… strange, you might say.

One creation that caught my eye, which was actually on the lighter side of her usual subject matter, was a Raggedy Ann doll along with a goth version of Raggedy Andy, and he’s so adorable! Check out the image here at right.
I happen to love these classic rag dolls. Growing up, Raggedy Ann was always my favorite doll, given to me by my cousin when I was a newborn. Just look at this photo of me as an infant, the way I’m looking at and grabbing toward my Raggedy Ann doll — now that’s love. I still feel that way! I don’t know how goth Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls haven’t been mass produced already, because I would totally buy them.
