For anyone who may have missed the news, it was confirmed going into this past weekend that Starz has officially ordered a season three for American Gods. The confirmation didn’t take long, as it came before the second episode of season two aired this past Sunday.
In addition to the new season order it’s also been announced that the third season of the show, which stars Ricky Whittle, Ian McShane, and Emily Browning and is an adaptation of Neil Gaiman‘s novel of the same name, will have a new showrunner.
