| Steven Spielberg’s ‘Robopocalypse’ Delay Is Real, But Only For A MomentNews of an indefinite delay on Steven Spielberg‘s Robopocalypse would have been devastating to the project, but it turns out the film might not be in that much trouble. With stars Chris Hemsworth and Anne Hathaway set to begin filming in the Spring, slight problems with the Drew Goddard script, which is based on Daniel H. Wilson‘s popular sci-fi novel, prompted Spielberg and his team to halt production indefinitely until they could figure out the problems with it. The root of the problem was that the script was calling for a lot of money to be spend, so Spielberg wants to find a way to make a film with a more economically friendly script that is also more personal.
