
Believe it or not, the great Bill Murray, star of Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, Lost in Translation, many of the works of Wes Anderson, and so much more, has never ever made an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con. But that all changed today.
Murray took part in the panel for his latest film, Rock the Kasbah. And, as you would expect from the larger-than-life star, he made the most of his first entrance, walking right through the Hall H crowd, singing along to Deep Purple’s “Smoke on the Water” as his Kasbah character, rock manager Richie Lanz. Keeping with the music theme, he even had the crowd join him in a 30-second singalong. But instead of singing something specific this time, he had everyone sing whatever they want.
