Liam Neeson Scores $20 Million Pay Day To Return For ‘Taken 3’
Whether you want it to or not, Taken 3 is happening. Taken brought in an impressive $226 million on only a $25 million budget, while Taken 2 landed $376 million on a $45 million budget. Another movie was simply inevitable…so long as the particular set of talents possessed by Liam Neeson could once again be secured.
The actor is said to have been reluctant to return for the second installment of the action franchise, which began with Neeson heading to France to find his kidnapped daughter. But everyone has a price, and a $15 million pay day was too much to decline. Meaning in order to reacquire the actor for a third go of it, a pay raise would be necessary.
According to sources, Neeson will be paid around $20 million to return for Taken 3, and the hope is to begin filming sometime in February.

‘Taken 2’ Trailer: Liam Neeson Threatens You Via YouTube Video
Only a few men can find where you are hiding. One of them is Bryan Millis (Liam Neeson). Scouring the globe, he managed to kill an entire underground human trafficking group and rescue his daughter. But it looks like he is still pissed. Pissed at the fact that you haven’t been talking about his movie. Now he sends his threats to YouTube. And when you watch it, rest assure, he will find you, and you will not like it.
Kidding aside, the latest video is just another marketing tool using Bryan Mills’ infamous lines to push you to watch this movie. It’s already got me hooked, but the nifty intro was a nice touch. There isn’t a whole lot of new material in this trailer to look at except the intro and requests that you find the missing scene by going on twitter and using the hashtag #taken2scene.

There’s a new international trailer for the kidnapping thriller Taken 2. The first Taken had Liam Neeson fighting off an underground human trafficking group that kidnapped his daughter. Now the tables have turned and its Bryan Millis and his wife who need to be saved from the very people he killed in the first Taken. The twist is, Bryan’s daughter (Maggie Grace) will be doing the saving. Check out the trailer below.
Well she won’t be doing it alone. This new international trailer shows how Bryan and his wife get kidnapped and how Bryan converses with his daughter over the phone is a slight nod to the original film. Other than that, there’s no new footage. We know that by killing off the group that kidnapped his daughter, Bryan has caused the father (Rade Sherbedgia) of one of his victims to seek out revenge.
