Tom Hanks Attached To Play Mister Rogers In ‘You Are My Friend’
It’s being reported that Tom Hanks is attached to play Fred Rogers in a biopic about the iconic host of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood titled You Are My Friend.
The movie is set to be directed by Marielle Heller (The Diary of a Teenage Girl) from a screenplay penned by Micah Fitzerman-Blue and Noah Harpster (Transparent/em>).

‘The Post’ Trailer: First Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Steven Spielberg Movie Collaboration
20th Century Fox has released a trailer for The Post, which is the first movie that Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Steven Spielberg have worked on together.
The movie tells the story of the “Pentagon Papers,” which were classified documents journalists from The Washington Post and The New York Times worked together to uncover and publish in 1971. The impressive cast also features Alison Brie, Carrie Coon, Bruce Greenwood, Tracy Letts, Sarah Paulson, Jesse Plemons, Matthew Rhys, Michael Stuhlbarg, Bradley Whitford, Zach Woods, and even a Mr. Show with Bob and David reunion with Bob Odenkirk and David Cross.

D23 Expo 2017: ‘Toy Story 4’
Toy Story 4‘s progress has remained under the wraps for quite some time. The last time we heard anything about the sequel was actually at D23 2015, where it was revealed that Rashida Jones and Will McCormack’s script would be a romantic animated flick that centers on Woody reuniting with his long-lost love Bo Beep. Of course, other Pixar flicks like Coco and The Incredibles 2 took precedence since they are getting released earlier. ‘Inferno’: Tom Hanks Tries To ‘Unlock the Mystery’ In New Teaser Trailer
Sony Pictures has released a new teaser trailer for Inferno, the third installment in director Ron Howard’s Robert Langdon film franchise, starring Tom Hanks.
Watch the new teaser, titled “Unlock the Mystery,” here below, along with the recently released official full trailer and IMAX trailer.
Inferno follows up 2006’s The Da Vinci Code and 2009’s Angels & Demons, both also based on Brown’s books and starring Hanks in the lead role.
