The finale of any long-running movie franchise feels so incomplete without having a studio run some sort of special movie marathon. Think of it as the penultimate event before you wave farewell to a beloved story, well that is until a studio reboots it. So like The Lord of the Rings, or The Avengers, The Twilight Saga is getting its very own movie marathon before the showing of the final chapter of the film franchise.

And like most movie marathons, this one will be shown one day before the official release of the final film. The Twilight Saga is made up of five films, which were adapted from four books. The fourth and final book was adapted into two parts.

Summit Entertainment saved the best for last, and those who agonized waiting to see any new footage for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 are now breathing one huge sigh of relief. A new 90-second trailer for the film debuted last night during the MTV Music Video Awards, but just in case you didn’t have a chance to watch it last night, you have another chance to watch here.

Sure seeing Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson holding hands in the trailer may look a bit awkward now, but it looks like some of the major problems in the Breaking Dawn Part 2 come from the film’s visual effects. But that has been a consistent issue with the entire Twilight film franchise, so much so that it might as well be considered a badge of honor for this series.

For those who are unfamiliar with Bad Lip Reading, it’s a very popular YouTube channel run by someone who chooses to remain anonymous. They take movies and music videos and political figures, and then replaces whatever they’re saying or singing with their own new words, being careful to match the lips of whoever is speaking as accurately as possible. The results are often hilarious.

The latest video to be released goes after a favorite punching bag in the movie world, Twilight. Multiple conversations between Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) are re-dubbed with some of the most absurd dialogue you can think of, including one of the most dramatic discussions about cake ever spoken. Strangely enough, the writing here feels better than the actual movie.

So, it all ends here with the final chapter in the epic (or not so epic depending on your opinion of these films) story of Bella (Kristen Stewart) and her journey into vampire-ness. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 also stars all of the usual suspects including Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, as well as newcomer Maggie Grace. This film centers on the newest edition to the Cullen family, Renesmee. Love it or hate, we have new stills from the upcoming film!

The film is set to hit theaters everywhere on November 16th. No matter what you think of this franchise, there’s no denying that this final film will be one of the biggest movies of the year. Check out the images here below.
