Without a doubt, the cool portion of the Iron Man 2 panel at San Diego Comic-Con was the sneak peek at exclusive footage of the film, which reveales Whiplash and War Machine in action for the first time.
But, since we can’t show that, the next best thing is hearing the cast and crew talk about their experiences. Especially pay attention to Robert Downey Jr, who steals the show every time he hits the stage (he did the same thing the day before at Warner Bros.’ Sherlock Holmes panel).

Favreau said that Paltrow and Mickey Rourke both couldn’t make it to the Con because they were overseas working on their respective new films.
