Nu Image and Millennium Films have released the first teaser poster for their upcoming video game adaptation, Kane & Lynch.

The movie stars Bruce Willis as Kane and Jamie Foxx as Lynch; and though they’re on the poster, they’re not really on the poster, so don’t expect to see just how the superstars will look in the movie just yet. Fans of the title are itchy-curious to see just how the two will look in comparison to the video game characters…especially when it comes to Foxx’s Lynch.

Details on the movie aren’t known, but the game follows Kane, a death row inmate who escapes along with a completely psychotic and schizophrenic fellow-inmate named Lynch. After the daring breakout, the two men are brought to meet a group of men, including Kane’s former best friend. Kane is told that he has three weeks to locate, retrieve, and return what he had stolen, or his wife and daughter would be murdered.

The movie is written by Kyle Ward and directed by Simon Crane. It will be released some time in 2011.
