A new poster has been released for director Spike Lee‘s upcoming remake of the brilliant South Korean film, Oldboy, which was directed by Chan-wook Park and released in 2003.
The poster is simple but effective enough if you’ve seen the original or know the basic premise of the story.
Oldboy stars Josh Brolin in the lead role, as well as Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, and Sharlto Copley. It hits theaters on October 11, 2013.
Continue below for a synopsis and to check out the poster.
