Etsy user Pyroteeze has constructed a Star Wars Death Star Herb Grinder.

This tiny handmade technological herb terrorizer can grind up stuff like sage and lavender, as well as many plants and spices. The 2.5-inch device, which is a bit smaller than a baseball, is made from non-toxic polymer clay and is antiqued with a light black acrylic paint.

Some dragons are lovable, some are terrifying, but thanks to HBO’s Game Of Thrones and Peter Jackson’s upcoming The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug film, dragons are back are everyone’s radar.

I have lived in Texas for longer than I can remember. And one of best parts about living here is the annual Texas Renaissance Festival every Autumn. Located right outside of Plantersville, yeah there’s not much out there, in a small hamlet called Todd Mission, the faire is not only the largest one in the United States, it’s also the most prestigious. Groups travel from all over the world to attend (or work at) this gigantic festival. And if you have ever been, you know why. I’ve been going for over twenty years, though the festival is in its 39th year. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there this year, as we have regularly attended since we got married twelve years ago. There’s always something new and amazing there, year after year.

Sherlock and Star Trek Into Darkness star Benedict Cumberbatch made an appearance this weekend on the BBC’s Graham Norton Show, where he talked to the host about his recent role as WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in The Fifth Estate, which opened in theaters this past Friday.

On the talk show, it came up that Cumberbatch, who also voices the dragon Smaug in Peter Jackson’s upcoming The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug, is very good at doing impressions, for real people and for fictional characters, including for Chewbacca, the Wookie from the Star Wars saga. Cumberbatch then did an impression of Chewbacca while sitting right next to Han Solo himself, Harrison Ford, who had a look of shock on this face, as if he’d been transported back to a galaxy far, far away!

The BBC has released a special teaser video to celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who and to promote their upcoming 50th Anniversary Special, The Day of the Doctor airing next month.
