Last night’s episode of The Walking Dead leaves the confines of the infected prison camp and focuses solely on The Governor (David Morrissey) and his journey after he massacres his own group. We also get a little bit of his back story on what he’s been up to since we last saw him. In Episode 406 “Live Bait,” the Governor finds himself in a whole new and unexpected situation, and eventually, he runs into some serious danger in a “Walker Pit.” Watch the scene from the episode here below and see just how badass the Governor truly is. In less than a decade AMC has gone from being that channel that Turner Classic Movies was so much better at to having the market cornered on edgy and provocative original television programming that reaped the highest ratings on basic cable and set the online chat room water coolers ablaze with discussion and debate. With Breaking Bad having recently come to a close and the finale of Mad Men getting closer by the day, the network is going to need a new show in its bullpen to bring in the audiences and word of mouth that lackluster efforts like Rubicon, The Killing, and Low Winter Sun have failed at garnering. As they did with their Sunday night horror-drama blockbuster The Walking Dead, AMC is looking to the world of comics for inspiration. The network is rumored to be ordering a pilot based on the DC/Vertigo comic series Preacher that writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon (with beautiful painted covers by Glenn Fabry) for 66 issues from 1995 to 2000. Five one-shot specials and a four-issue spin-off miniseries based on one of its antagonists were also published with scripts by Ennis and art by various collaborators.

| The ‘Breaking Bad’ Alternate Ending You All Wanted (Video)
After the Breaking Bad series finale back in September, the internet was buzzing about how the AMC television series should have ended – specifically, the fate of Bryan Cranston‘s character Walter White. Breaking Bad: The Complete Series is coming this month to Blu-ray and it appears as though the showrunners have been listening to the fans and all their theories, as they’ve included an Alternate Ending that’s sure to amuse. | Batkid, Batman Save Gotham From Riddler, Penguin As 5-Year-Old Miles Scott’s Wish Comes True [Video]
A couple weeks back we found out that Make-A-Wish was ready to transform San Francisco into Gotham City for a 5-year-old boy who battled leukemia. Now that little boy, named Miles Scott, has seen his dream come true, and in a way not many expected. Thanks to his story spreading like wildfire around the internet, thousands of people showed up to volunteer and to cheer Miles on as he, as Batkid, teamed with Batman himself and traveled around the city in a Batmobile to take out evil villains like the Riddler and Penguin.
