Chinese New Year is in full swing today, with lots of celebrating across the land — and across the galaxy, too, as even Star Wars villain Darth Vader is welcoming in this Year of the Horse.
Check out the video here below from the official Star Wars YouTube channel of the Dark Lord Of The Sith himself and his stormtroopers getting in on the action for this special holiday.
It’s the Year of the Horse, and the Dark Lord of the Sith is taking time out from crushing the Rebellion to honor this special holiday.
Flanked by Stormtroopers, Darth Vader uses the Force to restore a New Year couplet — greetings and well wishes written on red paper — back to its proper place on a wall. He then joins friends for a traditional reunion dinner, marking the warmth and joy of an occasion that even a dark side devotee could love.
