Star Wars toys! You love ’em, you want ’em, you need ’em, and was there any doubt that with a new Star Wars property about to debut that there wouldn’t be a slew of figures and accessories to support it? Well, we’re finally getting a view of what the heroes and villains of the upcoming animated series Star Wars: Rebels will look like in their action figure form, as well as the some role play toys.

The full gallery is available for your perusing after the jump!

The action figures we’re getting a look at for now include all the new characters for the series that have been officially introduced in previous promotional material, including the Force-sensitive thief Ezra, the Jedi survivor Kanan, astromech droid Chopper, and the Imperial Inquisitor tasked with hunting the remaining Jedi. We’re also seeing the Stormtrooper emerging in its classic form as made famous in the original trilogy.

The Hasbro press materials promise that the main 3.75″ toy line will include “other iconic characters from the Star Wars saga” while a new 2-pack line of figures will include “heroes and villains from the Star Wars saga and from the new animated series, Star Wars: Rebels.” Sounds like we’re definitely going to be seeing already existing characters from the films being brought, at least in toy form, peripherally into the Star Wars: Rebels universe.

With many characters and ships from the animated show still to be revealed, there’s plenty more toys still waiting to make their debut. For now, check out the gallery of what we know will be coming out in Fall 2014! These figures were on display this weekend at the 2014 Toy Fair in New York City for Hasbro’s 2014 Entertainment Brand Preview.

  1. Wow..why didn’t they just stick to the Star Wars: Clone Wars style? This animation style is HORRIBLE and looks unfinished! Episode VI PLEASE don’t suck!
