Back in September, actor Kristian Nairn revealed that his Game Of Thrones character Hodor, the gentle giant who only speaks his own name, won’t appear in Season 5 of the HBO series. Aside from filming the show, the actor is also a DJ who has been on a sold-out world tour called Rave of Thrones. But what will Nairn do once the tour ends? TV and radio host Jamie Stangroom recently sat down with the actor to discuss his options for work and to, of course, get him to say “Hodor.” Watch the 5-minute video here below, which includes Nairn auditioning for a commercial for the Pretty Good Fried Chicken hair salon (yes, a fried chicken place that also does hair cuts.

| ‘Life Is Strange’ Trailer: New Choice-Based Time Travel Game Revealed
A reveal trailer has been released for an upcoming game titled Life is Strange, from Remember Me developer Dontnod Entertainment and publisher Square Enix. Life is Strange is an episodic choice-based game, similarly to what Telltale Games does with The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, that shakes things up a bit by also featuring a time travel twist. | ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’: James Gunn’s Shortlist For Peter Quill’s Dad |

The header photo should no way indicate or confirm that J’Son of Spartax is Peter Quill’s father in Guardians Of The Galaxy. In the film, Peter’s mother says that his father was an angel of light. Yondu didn’t provide many other clues either as all he said was that he was hired by Peter’s father to retrieve him after Peter’s mother died. Many suspected that J’Son would be the father, but Gunn confirmed that it wouldn’t be the character in the comics, and that only a few people knew who it is. Now, the director, who is working on a sequel, has revealed a shortlist, and has already crossed off a name, narrowing it down a bit.

| Scratch That: Paramount Pulls Planned ‘Team America’ Theater Showings |

This week, Sony canceled the release of The Interview, the highly controversial political satire starring James Franco and Seth Rogen, after North Korean hackers threatened 9/11-style attacks on any theaters that screened the film this Christmas. Once The Interview was pulled, the Alamo Drafthouse in Dallas announced its plans to show instead Team America: World Police, the 2004 satirical comedy from South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s that featured a world police team on a mission to combat a terrorist plot led by Kim Jong-il, the father of current North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. (Marionettes are used in the film instead of actors.) Now, Paramount Pictures has reportedly pulled the planned Team America screenings.
