Last Sunday saw the mid-season return of Season 5 of AMC’s The Walking Dead where we caught up with Rick and his group after the horrific events at the hospital that occurred during last year’s mid-season finale. The survivors are more desperate than ever now that they don’t have a home base, they’re low on energy from traveling, and they’re running out of supplies.
Next week it looks like we’ll see the entire group of survivors from Rick’s camp continuing to make their way north to Washington, DC, and AMC has released a sneak peek of the next episode, Episode 510 “Them,” which airs on Sunday night, February 15, 2015 at 9/8c. Here below, you can watch the 1-minute video, which contains the entire group but focuses on a conversation between Michonne and Sasha.
The group feels beaten after living life on the road, but must continue to trudge along.
To catch up on what happened last week in Episode 509, “What Happened and What’s Going On,” click here to check out a video of the most-talked-about scene from the premiere, along with two behind-the-scenes features (a “making of” and an “inside look”).
The Walking Dead, which stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Michael Cudlitz, and more, airs on AMC on Sunday nights at 9/8c, followed by the post-live show Talking Dead hosted by Chris Hardwick.
The Walking Dead Season 5.2 Synopsis:
After the tragic events of the mid-season finale — as well as losing the possibility of a cure in Washington, DC — Rick Grimes’ band of survivors find themselves on the road, surviving day to day and trying to hold on to their shredded humanity and dwindling hope.
Stripped of security and without a direction for the future, some of the group near their breaking point, some find themselves hardened and cold and some just try to grasp on to what little they have left.
Though they are still breathing, the line between Rick’s group and the dead is starting to blur.
Could there be anything at this point that brings them back to life?
