Day one of our coverage of Star Wars Celebration isn’t quite over yet. For the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, We’ve already posted the new teaser trailer, new images, and what we’ve learned from the J.J. Abrams and Kathleen Kennedypanel. After it was all said and done, I went straight to check out The Force Awakens exhibit where some of the costumes, stormtrooper suits, BB-8, and some scaled models of the new X-Wing and Millennium Falcon.
Check out our photos of the Exhibit here below.
The designs of the Flamethrower Stormtrooper and the new Snow Stormtrooper aren’t too far off from the leaked concept art that we have seen in the past. Noticeably absent is the Chrome Stormtrooper who seen in the new teaser. Again, a lot has changed since we’ve seen the leaked concept art, so what we see now doesn’t necessarily reflect what we have seen in the past.
This is also the best look at Kylo Ren you will get, unless you pause the trailer at the right moment. We also get a great look at the newly designed X-Wing, and as you can see the new model has two large engines that are broken down into four smaller engines. This has been confirmed, and is very noticeable during Star Wars and Omaze Force for Change campaign.
Starring John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, and more, Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.
