Today’s Warner Bros. Pictures panel in Hall at San Diego Comic-Con saw new footage for two of their highly anticipated DC films — Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.
But the studio also had some non-superhero properties to promote, including their upcoming big-screen adaptation of the classic television show The Man from U.N.C.L.E., which now has a new trailer.
Watch the new trailer for the film here below!
Superman himself Henry Cavill stars in the Guy Ritchie film as Henry Cavill as Napoleon Solo alongside Armie Hammer as Illya Kuryakin. Elizabeth Debicki, Jared Harris, Alicia Vikander, and Hugh Grant also star in the movie, which hits theaters (including IMAX) on August 14, 2015.
Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s period of the Cold War, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. centers on U.N.C.L.E. agents Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin. The two team up on a joint mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organization, which is bent on destabilizing the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology. The duo’s only lead is the daughter of a vanished German scientist, who is the key to infiltrating the criminal organization, and they must race against time to find her and prevent a worldwide catastrophe.
