Here’s a much longer look behind and in-front-of the scenes from AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead. This is so much more than AMC has shown before. Gritty Los Angeles was displayed once more, but this time, the context of the outbreak is interspersed throughout. It looks horrifying with many a jump scare. No wonder it has already been confirmed for a 2nd season.

Way more than the small teasers, this 4-minute video talks of the “fresh” zombies. They haven’t had time yet to decompose at the onset, so they are quite tricky for the uninfected. They seem like hurt people, not flesh-eating zombies. So this group, unlike our Atlanta crew, do not know how to fight these things. We get a longer look at Frank Dillane, who plays Nick. He really gets the petrified thing down. I’m more scared watching him than seeing a zombie.
I hope this holds you over until the premiere on August 23rd at 9pm ET on AMC.
