In less than 2 weeks, National City will be visited by another superhero. No, it won’t be “him,” as Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and her crew say when speaking of Superman, but The Flash himself, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin). In anticipation of this crossover event, even more exciting because of the crossing over of channels, a 10-second teaser has been released.
Check out the teaser and synopsis below.
There’s not much to it. You don’t even see the two heroes together. But “the streak” is outlining the symbol, and the synopsis reveals that National City does exist in an alternate universe than Earth-1 Central City. We kinda already knew that based on the fact that nobody on Arrow and The Flash ever mentioned two flying superheroes, plus we saw Supergirl flying when Cisco, Barry, and Harry (Carlos Valdes, Gustin, and Tom Cavanagh) traveled through the breach. It is nice to read the confirmation though. When we last saw Barry, all the breaches were closed and he had no hope of helping the Earth-2 people. I guess he figured out how. Unless maybe National City is in Earth-3? Earth-75?
