Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

For E3 2019 we saw a 14-minute gameplay demo for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the long-awaited first single-player, story-focused Star Wars game since Electronic Arts landed the exclusive rights to make new games for Disney.

Now a 26-minute extended version of that demo of the game, which is developed by Respawn Entertainment, has been released. The longer gameplay demo, which was shown behind closed doors at E3, includes climbing an AT-AT—kinda like Shadow of the Colossus, Star Wars style—and even jumping inside that AT-AT and eventually taking control of it, as well as Rogue One‘s Saw Gerrera, who we saw in the game’s official trailer also released for E3.

You can find more info on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and watch the extended gameplay demo below.

ABOUT

A GALAXY UNDER IMPERIAL RULE

The Empire seeks to eradicate all Jedi after the execution of Order 66. You, a Jedi Padawan-turned-fugitive, must fight for your survival as you explore the mysteries of a long-extinct civilization in hopes of rebuilding the Jedi Order.

A JEDI ON THE RUN

After narrowly escaping the Jedi purge, you’re on a quest to rebuild your fallen Order. Pick up the pieces of your shattered past and complete your Jedi training, all while staying one step ahead of the Empire and its deadly Inquisitors.

MASTER YOUR ABILITIES

Utilize your Jedi training to overcome your opponents and solve the mysteries that lay in your path.

THE GALAXY AWAITS

Use the Force to augment the way you explore, allowing you to traverse new paths and discover parts of locations you’ve been to before. Move quickly, though. The Empire is on your trail and won’t stop until every Jedi is exterminated.

GAMEPLAY

HONE YOUR POWERS

Use the Force to manipulate your environment, destroy obstacles, and surprise unsuspecting foes. Move quickly, though””the Empire is on your tail.

MASTER LIGHTSABER COMBAT

You’ll need to be twice the fighter your enemies are to survive against the Empire. Parry incoming attacks, dodge out of danger, and finish the Empire’s forces before they finish you.

TRUST YOUR COMPANION

If there’s anyone in the galaxy you can count on, it’s BD-1. Use his abilities to search your environment, find the quickest path to safety, or recover from a fight.

MOVE LIKE A JEDI

Leap, climb, swim, dive, wall-run, and more as you explore dangerous terrain with your Force-enhanced reflexes and agility.

The game is available for pre-order in a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition now.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set to be released on November 15th.
