| Poster For ‘Child’s Play’ Reboot Goes After ‘Toy Story 4’
A poster has been released for the upcoming Child’s Play reboot which not so subtly goes after the much anticipated Pixar sequel Toy Story 4 with some savage toy on toy violence. This is just the latest poster released which has a little fun with popular current events and topics. Posters were also released for the various holidays that have come and gone over the past five months or so, and even for 4/20. | ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Featurette and Even More Posters Deal With Grief and Avenging |

We are just a month away from the release of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame, which is easily one of the most anticipated movies of the year. After the events of Avengers: Infinity War, our heroes are reeling after one of the biggest losses since they’ve teamed up. But as devastated as they are, they know they must “Avenge The Fallen,” a tagline that can be seen written all over the newly released character posters. And now, Marvel Studios has released a featurette for the upcoming film that sees the cast talk about the state of mind of which their characters are in now. Additionally, there are a few more character posters that will answer one of the biggest questions many of us had about Infinity War: Does Shuri (Letitia Wright) survive? Character posters are very much the part of any superhero film. It doesn’t matter what purpose the character serves or if they get very little screen time. Whenever there is an ensemble superhero film like Avengers: Endgame, chances are there will be character posters. The art of movie poster design isn’t easy. Especially when one follows the theme of characters leaning against something, being back-to-back, floating heads, etc. And the harsh criticism only gets worse when the photoshop is obvious. Case in point, the first poster for Quentin Tarantino‘s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. The film, which is set for a July release, stars Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio as struggling actors living in 1969 Los Angeles at the height of the Manson murders. Check out the poster here below.

| ‘Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil’ Gets A Teaser Poster and New Release Date |

It’s been a while since we’ve seen any news from Maleficent 2, the sequel to the very popular reimagining of Sleeping Beauty. Starring Angelina Jolie, the film pictured the title character as a protagonist who was wronged by a scheming king who took her wings away thereby taking her powers away. She would eventually get them back, and like most fairy tale endings, they all lived happily ever after. But there was no way that a huge success like that wouldn’t be followed up with a sequel. And that’s what we are getting. The sequel has a brand new title and now will go by Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. Not only that, but there is a new release date and a teaser poster.
