| Listen: ‘Futurama’ Radio Play “Radiorama” With Full Voice Cast |

We’ve been seeing quite a bit of Futurama lately, which is wonderful but also a little surprising considering that the show officially ended…yet again…in 2013 when Comedy Central pulled the plug after another run of episodes. First there was that live-action fan film, which didn’t feature the stars of the animated series but was still an impressive accomplishment. Not the new seasons of episodes everyone desperately wishes some network or streaming service will order someday, but it was something to hold us over! Now comes another Futurama treat. To help promote that very same mobile game, a double episode of the show was produced in collaboration with Nerdist. In order to make this happen, they bypassed all the time and money necessary to animate episodes, and instead made it a radio play featuring the voice cast of the show. Click over to give it a listen. You can also find a bonus behind the scenes video below, which features various members of the voice cast talking about the lasting appeal of Futurama and will no doubt make you wish the show was back even more than you already do.
