The hit BioWare video game franchise Mass Effect and the popular comedy Arrested Development are not two entertainment titles you’re likely to hear mentioned in the same sentence very often, and yet here the two meet.

This short video is simply the familiar opening of Arrested Development, but instead of the usual cast rundown it’s some of the faces of characters from the Mass Effect universe.

Every day, Amazon offers up Lightning Deals, limited quantities of various products for a discounted price for a 4-hour window of time. You have to be on the lookout for these deals and once the item runs out, the sale is over. Meaning, if you see something on sale that you want, buy it immediately before it’s gone.

Typically you don’t know what will be on sale until the minute it gets posted, but for Cyber Monday week, Amazon has released the Lightning Deal schedule and prices for Movies & TV on DVD and Blu-ray for Wednesday, December 4, 2013.

Some say it’s the most popular sitcom from the 2000s. Others deem it has a cult following. Either way, Arrested Development has become a phenomenon among its fans – a show that, while created by Mitchell Hurwitz, is driven mainly by Ron Howard. Taking the conception of filming a sitcom using the style of reality television, and littering the show with pop culture references (as well as its own memes that it develops over time), Arrested Development is an amusing viewing experience, though overrated.

The series takes on the concept of "riches to rags", of a wealthy family that fall on bad times when their father George Bluth (the CEO, played by Jeffrey Tambor) is arrested by the SEC. Taking a massive hit to the company, son Michael Bluth (Jason Bateman) takes on the responsibility of bringing the business back to profitability while trying to keep his family together.
