Supernatural
Season 12 Episode 10: “Lily Sunder Has Some Regrets”
Created by Eric Kripke
Directed by Thomas J. Wright
Written by Steve Yockey
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, Ruth Connell
The CW
Air Date: Thursday, February 2nd 2017, 8:00pm Last week on Supernatural, Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) were in solitary confinement for the attempted assassination of the president (Lucifer in a president meat suit). Torture they could handle, but the loneliness of solitary, marked by etchings on a wall and a gross food tray were too much for them. They called on Billie (Lisa Berry) to get them out via death, and they came back to life on a morgue table. They got out but still needed help, so called Castiel and Mary (Misha Collins and Samantha Smith), who had been looking for them frantically, while hunting in between. The latter two called upon the Men of Letters for help, and they did… almost too well. When Billie came back for her price (a Winchester), Mary stepped forward. But Castiel killed Billie, and Dean is pissed about possible “cosmic consequences.” Spoilers below.

Supernatural
Season 12 Episode 4: “American Nightmare”
Created by Eric Kripke
Directed by John Showalter
Written by Davy Perez
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, Ruth Connell
The CW
Air Date: Thursday, November 3rd, 2016, 9:00pm Last week found Agent Beyonce aka Castiel (Misha Collins) and Agent Jay-Z aka Crowley (Mark Sheppard) searching for Lucifer (now Rick Springfield). But it was Rowena (Ruth Connell), my favorite witch who got the best of Lucifer. As for Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith), “There was no pain… I think I was in heaven.” So give her something to sing about. She was with John and the boys and was happy. She tried hunting it out, but eventually, Mary had to go deal and left her grown sons. Spoilers below.

Supernatural
Season 11 Episode 23: “Alpha and Omega”
Created by Eric Kripke
Directed by Phil Sgriccia
Written by Andrew Dabb
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, Ruth Connell
The CW
Air Date: Wednesday, May 25th, 2016, 9:00pm THE ROAD SO FAR: This season on Supernatural, the boys have been to hell and back – literally. But that is usual, isn’t it? They got rid of the Mark of Cain, but released the Darkness, Amara (Emily Swallows), who appeared in the form of a baby. She grew up with Crowley (Mark Sheppard) for a while, feeding on souls, but left because she wasn’t interested in his goals. Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) spent the season hunting Amara, yet working cases. They tried talking to Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) in the cage with the help of Rowena (Ruth Connell) and Crowley. Castiel (Misha Collins) said yes to Lucifer to stop Amara after Sam said no. Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) redeemed himself by writing God’s autobiography after Chuck (Rob Benedict) revealed himself, giving it to the Winchesters. He then sacrificed himself to save Lucifer, mankind’s only hope. After God and Lucifer hashed out their father and son issues, Amara came and mortally wounded God. “Welcome to the end.” Spoilers below.

Air Date: Wednesday, May 4th, 2016, 9:00pm Supernatural is winding down its 11th season, and it has been all about the darkness named Amara (Emily Swallow). God’s sister had been trapped for eons, until Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) mucked it up and let her out. They gambled with some bad beings, as usual, but Crowley and Lucifer and Rowena (Mark Sheppard, Mark Pellegrino, Ruth Connell) put together could not stop her. The brothers are trying to figure it out, but are still doing one-off cases in small town America – just another hunting day. Spoilers for 11.20 “Don’t Call Me Shurley” below.

Supernatural
Season 11 Episode 11: “Into The Mystic”
Created by Eric Kripke
Directed by John Badham
Written by Robbie Thompson
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, Ruth Connell, Mark Pellegrino
The CW
Air Date: Wednesday, January 27th, 2016, 9:00pm Last week’s Supernatural was a Sam/Lucifer (Jared Padalecki/Mark Pellegrino) love story as Lucifer hosted a “This is your Life” montage. We got to see the season 5 finale when Sam/Lucifer and Adam/Michael fell into hell. I think he genuinely can beat the darkness, but if it means Sam has to say yes… Surprisingly, he does not. But that Lucifer is wily. At the last second, he got Castiel (Misha Collins) to say yes, so Lucifer got dressed in a Castiel suit. And then killed Rowena (boo!!). Spoilers below.
