Air Date: Thursday, May 11th, 2017, 8:00pm Last week on Supernatural, Tasha Banes (Alvina August), disappeared while on a case. Her daughter Alicia called Mary (Samantha Smith) to help, but Mary wasn’t answering, not even for her sons. Dean and Sam (Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki) freaked out about new Cass (Misha Collins), who now has faith in the Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) spawn, so they decided to help the twins to take their minds off it. A witch made Tasha and others her dolls. Mary was suspicious of Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) about Mick’s whereabouts. She followed a lead and found Mick’s dead body, so Ketch trapped her. Spoilers below.

Air Date: Thursday, February 23rd, 2017, 8:00pm Last time on Supernatural, Castiel (Misha Collins) almost died, thanks to a yellow-eyed prince of hell, Mary (Samantha Smith), and the Men of Letters. Crowley (Mark Sheppard) helped too, by giving Ramiel an angel-killing lance, but redeemed himself by using it to cure Cass when he was on the brink of death. He put Ramiel in a cage, before revealing it was really Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino). Richard Speight Jr (The Trixter/Gabriel) directed this episode, and the tone was as different as he is. Spoilers below.

Air Date: Wednesday, May 13th, 2015, 9:00pm Sigh… next week is the last episode of the season. I’m going to miss my boys. Let’s recap first. Last week‘s “Dark Dynasty,” brought us almost the full Styne (otherwise known as Frankenstein) family, bent on getting their hands on the Book of the Damned. I think they should go meet Dr. Dulmacher aka The Dollmaker from Gotham. They would have fit right in on his island. Their methods were so gross. I suppose there is no real way to cull body parts without being disgusting, but still. Charlie, Castiel, and Rowena (Felicia Day, Misha Collins, and Ruth Connell) were like a comedy show, bickering in the funniest way possible. Until…

Air Date: Wednesday, May 6th, 2015, 9:00pm Last week’s Supernatural was one of my favorites of the season. “Angel Heart” brought us back to Claire Novak (Kathryn Love Newton), daughter of Jimmy Novak, Castiel’s (Misha Collins) vessel. She was looking for her mother, gone for years, searching for a Jimmy that lived in heaven by choice. Her mother was being captive by an ancient order of fallen angels… well angel, who sucked souls out of people slowly. It left them with heavenly dreams. What was great about that episode was the dynamic between this belligerent teenage girl, who really craved love, and each of the men. Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Claire were really funny, having fun and trading insults. He taught her some hunter stuff, as did Sam (Jared Padalecki). And as much as Castiel said he merely felt responsible for her, I think he really cares for her as a father figure.
