| ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Now One Film, Second Half Becomes ‘Untitled Avengers’ Sequel
Since it was first announced in October 2014, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War was intended to be the company’s biggest release to date. Intentions, much like the best of plans, tend to change over time. Nearly two years have passed and what was initially slated to be a two-part feature that would close out Marvel’s Phase Three line-up with each installment released a year apart in May of 2018 and 2019, it appears that Infinity War will no longer be split in half, as confirmed recently by Disney. | There’s A “Strong” Chance Marvel Studios Could Have An LGBT Character |
 |

Disney-owned properties are no stranger to progression and diversity, and as such it can create a stir of controversy. Disney’s Zootopia wasn’t afraid to talk about idealized acceptance and has become a hit. However, there are still those who are upset at progressive changes like having a Black stormtrooper, a female lead the future of the Star Wars franchise, and a new Disney animated movie featuring the studio’s first Polynesian princess. But in a day and age where it isn’t enough just to talk about these issues, studios are finding that they can talk about them head on through their films. While these risks can pay off, it certainly may not sit well with those with opposing ideals, not only here in the U.S. but other nations around the world as well. And now, one of the bigger questions is when we will see a LGBT character play a role in a franchise film. Well, The Russo Brothers have an answer to that. According to them, the chances of a LGBT character appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is strong. More on the story below.
