Come next year, Marvel Studios will be celebrating their tenth anniversary. Quite an achievement for a superhero movie studio owned by Disney. And what better way for them to commemorate such an occasion then to release the ensemble of ensembles, an Avengers film featuring heroes from not only across the globe but from galaxies far away as well. We were at D23 to see the very first look at Avenger: Infinity War, and as you can imagine, there was a lot to take in and a lot to get excited over. There’s still plenty of goodies from E3 2017 to share, but while we take a break from video games for a moment, it’s an excellent time to share a little bit of news related to…well, video games! It’s been announced that the recent indie hit Little Nightmares is now being turned into a television series.

The series is being developed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo along with DJ2 Entertainment, who is currently working on multiple video game adaptations such as Sonic the Hedgehog and Life is Strange. But perhaps most exciting about the potential TV series? Henry Selick, the director behind stop-motion favorites such as The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline, is attached to direct the pilot episode and maybe more episodes after that.

Marvel Studios has released the very first look at Avengers: Infinity War in a brand new behind-the-scenes featurette that details what fans should expect to see and how the threat of Thanos will have an impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole. That’s because the video confirms the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy will finally be teaming up. Oh, and something about a Spider-Man being a part of this team is there, too. It’s probably safe to say that even though we know most or all of the heroic characters, and some of the surviving evil ones too, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe who will have some sort of role in two of the upcoming Avengers films, Avengers: Infinity War and the currently untitled Avengers 4. While the plot of the films are still very much under wraps, we can pretty much guess that Thanos (Josh Brolin) has finally collected most or all of the Infinity Stones to possibly destroy the universe to win Death’s heart.

Again that is just pure speculation, but as with any sequel, there are bound to be new characters. And it just so happens that Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones) will be playing one of these new characters. More on the story below.

Earlier this year, Captain America: Civil War stormed into theaters wowing audiences with its spectacular narrative and incredible splash-page sequence that no one could stop talking about.
