Distributor: Sony Pictures Home Entertainment
Release Date: October 1, 2019 It’s a bit ironic that Sony and Disney would come to an agreement to share Spider-Man one more time just before the home release of Spider-Man: Far From Home. So there is a slight cause for celebration. The webslinger is a permanent fixture within Marvel Comics, but has had a hard time playing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe sandbox thanks to rights issues. Luckily, the two sides have been able to come an agreement. And as such, we have been given two, and now soon to be three, great standalone films. Whatever happens next is still unclear, but fans can rest easy knowing that Spider-Man has at least spent some time in the MCU. Now Spider-Man: Far From Home, one of the better live-action Spider-Man films, is available for you to own on various home entertainment formats. Filled with a number of bonus features, this will be something every Marvel Studios and Spider-Man fan needs to have. Check out my review of the Blu-ray Edition here below.

| ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’: Spidey’s Latest Webspin Can Be Yours To Own On Digital, 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD Soon
It was exciting to see how Spider-Man’s (Tom Holland) role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe could have expanded given the events of Avengers: Endgame, and the ending for Spider-Man: Far From Home told us that it would have been a significant one. However, given recent events, it seems like the Webhead’s stay is coming to an end. Even those at the top recognize how their relationship wasn’t meant to last. Still, that doesn’t mean we can’t look back and enjoy the temporary arrangement. And now, we can remember how Spidey’s presence in the MCU was everything that Spider-Man fans hoped it would be as Spider-Man: Far From Home makes its way to home video. More info on when the film will arrive on Digital, 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD, as well as which bonus features will be included, can be found below.

| ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Director Jon Watts Says The Multiverse Will Play A Huge Role In Spidey’s Newest Film |
|
Spider-Man: Far From Home is the final chapter of Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will see the Webslinger dealing with the fallout of Avengers: Endgame. Many of the founding Avengers have moved on one way or another, with some of them passing on the mantle and title to other heroes. And based on the latest trailer, Spidey will be one of those heroes. And before he can take on those responsibilities, he will be going on a European vacation. Which is abruptly interrupted when Spidey (Tom Holland) is recruited by Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) to join Beck (Jake Gyllenhaal), who just so happens to be from another universe. Together, they must deal with a new elemental threat that comes from Beck’s Earth. While many believed that Beck was using his Mysterio persona and knack for using Hollywood special effects, as well as smoke and mirrors, to pull off his crimes, director Jon Watts seems to hint that Beck isn’t the same person that we know him to be. Check out what he had to say below.

| ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Trailer: Marvel Opens The Door To The Multiverse
Spider-Man (Tom Holland) will have a much bigger responsibility in the MCU than being a Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man after the events of Avengers: Endgame. But before he can assume those responsibilities, he will go on vacation in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Which sounds fun. That is until Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) turns it into a world-saving mission. Now he must face new elemental threats that pose a danger to his world, and the only person that could help him is Beck (Jake Gyllenhaal), a person with mystical powers who is very familiar with these creatures. Oh, did I mention that Beck hints that he is from another world? Check out the new trailer here below.

| ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Trailer: I Think Nick Fury Just Hijacked My Summer Vacation
“What I did for summer vacation” reports are usually generic recaps of what kids did during their time off. So why not take that concept and make a superhero blockbuster. That’s what Marvel Studios is doing for Spider-Man: Far From Home, the follow-up to Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, which Marvel released a teaser trailer for today. Tom Holland returns to play Peter Parker, otherwise known as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Except, he’s not going to be swinging around Queens. He will be going crossing the Atlantic where he will be facing off against elemental villains with the help of Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and a new ally named Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal). Check out the trailer along with a poster below.
