The Boss is the new comedy brainchild of Ben Falcone and Melissa McCarthy in which the former is directing and the latter stars as a disgraced media mogul forced to rebuild her reputation from the ground up with the help of her former overworked assistant, who is also a single mother, played by Kristen Bell.

We were recently invited to the film’s press day where we sat down with Falcone and McCarthy, who are married, and Bell to talk about their experience working on the film; parenting; jobs they had and bosses they’ve worked with; the current state of women in comedy; what it was like for the two actors to work together, and more.

If the first Ghostbusters trailer didn’t quite live up to your to expectations, unless those expectations were to criticize Leslie Jones for playing an MTA employee and not a scientist – “It’s not a race thang,” the comedian assured critics and fans in a tweet – then a brand new international trailer might be to your liking.

Sony has just released the new international trailer for the Paul Feig-directed reboot, which features a bit more action than the first one, and more speaking lines for Chris Hemsworth. Check it out below.

It seems strange that we are getting a first look at Paul Feig‘s Ghostbusters starring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones. But we are. No matter how strange or weird the campaign strategy is, most of us have already expressed our thoughts on the idea that the film was being rebooted based on Ivan Reitman’s ’80s classic. And a trailer isn’t exactly going to change anyone’s opinion, although it could reinforce already established opinions.

Film merchandise, particularly toys, can often be overlooked. But sometimes, if you read the details and descriptions, they can reveal spoilers. Though the entire merchandise line-up does include a few characters that aren’t even in the movie, they are included as a nod to the fans. And the Ghostbusters toy line-up may have just revealed the movie’s villain, which may look vaguely familiar to those who holds the franchise close to their heart.

The New York Toy Fair is currently underway at the moment, with many of these toy companies showing off their latest and upcoming products. Of course with the summer blockbuster season just a few more months away, you can expect to see more tie-ins. One of those films that will be selling toys is Ghostbusters. A new group of official images have been released for the Ghostbusters reboot showing the main cast, including the first official look at Thor and The Avengers star Chris Hemsworth in the role played by Annie Pots in the original movies.
