| Universal Snags Michael Bay Sci-Fi Film About A Trump-Inspired Dystopia
It’s only been five days since Donald Trump became the President of the United States, and much of the country has already been questioning his executive decisions or protesting. He’s the constant subject of late-night hosts’ jokes. He is also bashed on a weekly basis by Saturday Night Live. Some have even rebelled against his media blackout. No matter what side you’re on, it is safe to say that next four years will be interesting if not great fodder for artists. A new report supports this, saying that Universal has won the bidding rights for a new Michael Bay-produced film titled Little America that pictures a bankrupt America being owned by the Chinese. | ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ Teaser Trailer: Michael Bay’s Explosive Spectacle Gets Knighted
Now that production for Transformers: The Last Knight has officially wrapped, Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer for the film. The fifth installment in the Transformers film franchise will live up to its title by adding a medieval element to the story. But don’t hold your breath on the film actually having a plot, this is a Michael Bay feature after all. That being said, these Transformer films have been very lucrative and has even given Paramount the idea to created a shared universe about the war between the Autobots and Decepticons. And the idea that there could be knights involved is very intriguing, even for a film that has been critically panned time and time again. | ‘Transformers 5’ Gets A Shiny New Title
Like it or not, we are going to get yet another installment in the Transformers franchise. The films have been a rather lucrative hit for Paramount, so it’s easy to see why the studio may want to continue to breathe life into it. However, with Michael Bay saying that the latest movie would be his last as a director, Transformers 5 would need to start shooting soon so that it can meet its summer 2017 release. Now, the franchise’s official Instagram has confirmed that the film will indeed start lensing very soon and have even revealed the new subtitle for the fourth sequel. Check out what it is below.

| Watch The Honest Trailer For ‘Pearl Harbor’
When I heard about 13 Hours, the new movie about the conflict in Benghazi, Libya, I’m sure my thoughts were similar to most: “Michael Bay!? Really!?” Bay doesn’t exactly have the credibility to direct a real life war film with controversial elements in the middle of election season. You want action? Sure. You need gigantic coordinated explosions and endless destruction? He’s the man. You need some corny yet amusing dialogue and slow motion wide shots? Check. Why then is it so hard to accept him as the director of the upcoming movie? Two words: Pearl Harbor. | Michael Bay Confirms Krang In ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2’
While the most recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film wasn’t well received by film critics, it was still a big hit with audiences, and a lot closer to the ’80s cartoon then the first trilogy. the sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, will introduce the hockey mask wearing vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell), the nefarious scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and the Shredder’s (Brian Tee) dim-witted mutant henchman Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE’s Sheamus). But the new characters don’t stop there. Producer Michael Bay has one more character to confirm for the sequel, and it is most definitely a fan-favorite. According to the producer, Krang, the living brain who hails from Dimension X will make an appearance. More on the story below.
