About a month ago a teaser trailer was released for the upcoming Netflix series Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. The teaser featured Patrick Warburton (Seinfeld, Family Guy) as Lemony Snicket on the set, but it sadly didn’t feature any actual footage from the show. Now Netflix has released a new teaser trailer. It’s a brief one but does feature footage from the series, including the Baudelaire kids and an introduction to Neil Patrick Harris‘s Count Olaf character. | Teaser Trailer and Release Date For Netflix’s Lemony Snicket’s ‘A Series Of Unfortunate Events’
Netflix has released a new teaser trailer for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events, a new show based on the book series of the same name which was first announced a couple of years back now. The trailer is certainly a tease, not showing any actual footage. Instead it features some words from “Lemony Snicket,” the pen name of author Daniel Handler, as portrayed by Seinfeld and The Tick star Patrick Warburton. There’s also the tiniest of cameos by Neil Patrick Harris, who will be playing Count Olaf in the series. It also includes a release date at the end. | Neil Patrick Harris To Play Count Olaf In Netflix’s ‘A Series Of Unfortunate Events’
Another bit of recent news you might have missed relates to A Series of Unfortunate Events, the Netflix series that’s based on Lemony Snicket‘s A Series of Unfortunate Events book series. It’s being reported that Neil Patrick Harris, star of How I Met Your Mother, Gone Girl, Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, Starship Troopers, and Doogie Howser, M.D., has entered into negotiations to take on the role of Count Olaf, the villainous uncle of siblings Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire who gains custody of the children after their parents perish in a fire and is only interested in stealing their inherited fortune. Jim Carrey previously played the role in the movie adaptation of the same name.

| Pixar’s ‘The Good Dinosaur’ Gets Voice Cast Overhaul; Adds Anna Paquin & more
Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur has had its share of production problems in the past. The first sign of trouble was when Bob Peterson was a no-show at D23 Expo in 2013. Due to some issues with the story, Peterson was taken off the project, and replaced by Peter Sohn (Pixar animated short Partly Cloudy). At the time, the film had already cast its voice talent, which consisted of Lucas Neff (Raising Hope), John Lithgow, Frances McDormand, Neil Patrick Harris, Judy Greer, and Bill Hader. But we are now learning that The Good Dinosaur is getting a major voice cast overhaul, and everyone except McDormand has been replaced. Some of the incoming talent includes, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Jeffery Wright, Steve Zahn, and more. Check out the new cast below.
