Corporate Animals Movie

Screen Media Films has released a NSFW red band trailer for Corporate Animals, an upcoming dark comedy. The movie comes from Patrick Brice, who previously co-wrote, directed, and starred in the awesome 2014 microbudget horror Creep with fellow star and co-writer Mark Duplass, and also wrote and directed The Overnight and co-wrote (with Duplass once again) and directed Creep 2. The screenplay was written by Sam Bain (Four Lions, Peep Show).

The title features an excellent cast, with Demi Moore, Jessica Williams, Karan Soni, Ed Helms, Nasim Pedrad, Isiah Whitlock Jr., and Calum Worthy all starring. In it, Moore plays a CEO who takes her employees on a team building retreat, a trip which turns into a massive disaster.

You can find more info on Corporate Animals and check out the red band trailer below.

Creep 2 Mark Duplass

Creep 2
Directed by Patrick Brice
Written by Patrick Brice & Mark Duplass
Starring Desiree Akhavan, Mark Duplass, Karan Soni
Distributor: Orchard Entertainment
Release date: October 24, 2017 Video On Demand

In 2014, Patrick Brice and Mark Duplass co-wrote and starred in a low-budget indie horror film called Creep. It lived up to its name it spades as both Duplass was a creep and the film was creepy as hell. Brice and Duplass crafted a near-perfect example of minimalist filmmaking. It featured two actors, essentially one large set, and a “script” full of improv. The plot: a videographer answers a Craigslist ad to film the last day of a dying man’s life, leading to a one-camera feel light on editing and cuts, and putting the audience right there amongst the uncomfortableness. And Mark Duplass upped the “creep” factor to 11, creating what just might become a new horror icon. Now, Brice and Duplass return with Creep 2.

Creep 2 Trailer

The Orchard recently released an official trailer for Creep 2, a follow-up to the 2014 indie horror favorite Creep.

The sequel follows a video artist, who enjoys creating intimacy with lonely men, answering an ad posted by a man claiming to be a serial killer. She hopes in doing this she’ll be able to create some fascinating and shocking material, but of course it may just end up being a little more than she anticipated.

Head on below to check out the trailer.

Not Rated | 80 Minutes
Release Date: March 8, 2014

Looking for work, Aaron (Patrick Brice) comes across a cryptic online ad: “$1,000 for the day. Filming service. Discretion is appreciated.”

Low on cash, Aaron drives to a cabin in a remote mountain town where he meets Josef (Mark Duplass), his video subject for the day. Josef is nice enough – even if he is a little weird – and the project seems sincere, so Aaron grabs his gear and begins to shoot. As the day goes on, however, it becomes clear that Josef is not who he says.

That’s the basic setup for Creep, Brice’s directorial debut, which is produced by Duplass and Jason Blum (Insidious, Sinister). Creep is an intense, disturbing, and hilarious piece of work, combining elements of found footage with the naturalistic, improvised dialogue of mumblecore.
