20th Century Fox has announced release dates for the recent hit Sorry to Bother You on digital, Blu-ray, and DVD, as well as a list of the bonus features that will be included in the home video release.

The movie is directed by hip-hop artist and activist Boots Riley, and stars Lakeith Stanfield as a struggling telemarketer who discovers the magical secret to achieving career success, which leads him into a strange new world. Tessa Thompson, Danny Glover, Terry Crews, Patton Oswalt, Jermaine Fowler, David Cross, Omari Hardwick, Steven Yeun, and Armie Hammer also star.

To the shock and dismay of Marvel fans, writer and director James Gunn was fired from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 last weekend. The decision was made when decade-old tweets about child-rape and pedophilia were unearthed by conservative personalities Mike Cernovich and Jack Posobiec.

While the tweets were repulsive, they were made at a time when Gunn was a different person. Still, they were troubling enough for Disney to take quick action. Since then Guardians of the Galaxy stars and others have come to Gunn’s defense. Check out what they had to say below.

It’s easy to say that indie darlings will be one of the most talked about films of the year, but for a film like Sorry to Bother You, it may live up to that.

Boots Riley‘s directorial effort is being hailed as one of the most wildly innovative films of this year’s Sundance Film Festival, and now it will hit theaters later this year. I don’t get to watch a lot of new TV shows I’m interested in checking out. Mainly because I’m terrible at keeping up with them. A molasses-slow consumer of all things entertainment. If it’s not called Game of Thrones, chances are I’m way behind.

But one new show I just had to check out recently was SYFY’s Happy! and man, am I glad I did. Pretty much every way to describe how crazy the show is has been used by those who have watched it, and they’re all accurate. It’s the most batshit bonkers TV show I have ever seen. Which is why it’s so exciting to learn that SYFY has officially ordered a season two.
